| BWS Feather Dancer aka "Harley" (SOLD!) Harley is a big, beautiful, even tempered Drum Horse stallion. He is smart, responsive, correct, balanced and BIG. He is well feathered, with tons of wavy mane and tail. His training includes: 12 weeks driving with the Amish in Jamesport, Missouri. 6 weeks on trails in southern Missouri Currently in dressage training at Landers Stables in Kansas City, Mo On September 24th, Harley earned a 66 on the Intro Dressage A test and 65 on the Intro Dressage B test. On October 29th Harley earned a 69.5 on the Training Level B test. These are excellent scores and our trainer sees a bright future in dressage for Harley. He does not have any vices, he is quite and very nice to work with. He is of course a Stallion, so when a mare is calling, he will call back, but he settles down fairly quickly after being corrected. He is good for the farrier we reset his shoes every 6 weeks like clockwork because his feet grow very fast and are really nice. He stands for bathing, clipping, loads fine, etc. Mary, the lady that is working with him on dressage training says that he has a lot of impulsion and is very pleased with his ability to remember things. Harley should mature to a very nice 16.2hh with lots of bone and athletic ability. Price is firm and I do not want to trade as I am getting out of the horse business. | Jessie "Clyde Doura Line Broodmare(in foal to Harley)" ~Jessie Heather I~ & Red (Saddlebred in foal to Harley) ( SOLD!) Jessie is 8 years old and stands 17.2 HH. She is a reg. Clyde and has a GCDHA ID #. She needs her grain to keep her weight. Jessie is very, very gentle and somewhat timid around the other mares. She is always last in line and will give up her grain before fighting for it. Jessie has a 'catchy' hip, it dose not bother her and she has never had a problem getting up after laying down. Because of her hip, she has never been ridden or driven and will be sold as a broodmare only. She has had 2 babies without problems and is currently caring a foal by my Drum Horse Stallion (Harley). Price: $6,000 Red is a Saddlbred mare that will have Harley's baby, it will be eligible for double registration as a Half/Saddlebred and as a Georgian Grand. I purchased Red in September of 2004, her owner was a young girl who won her in a raffle. According to the girl, Red was injured by being cast in her stall at a show when she was a 2 year old. They left Red in the stall while they went out and when they came back she was down. I had the vet run a complete blood workup to make sure that she did not have WNV or any other disorder and I did a full health screen. Her blood work was excellent and aside from the nerve damage in her back She checked out fine physically. The vet thinks she will foal without a problem. She runs around in the field with 4 other horses and does not have any problems other than her right side does not move up as fast/high as her left.
